This is not a guide for how to use Obsidian. For that, I recommend Flight School from Linking Your Thinking.
This is not a guide to thinking more effectively — although I have some how that it will have that effect for at least some readers.
This is not a comprehensive walkthrough of how I use my notetaking app. My life and my software changes too fast for that to be anything but a fool's endeavor — I can barely keep one article about one subset of my toolset updated from month to month.
I don't want to lie to you. I am not going to sell you a panacea[^1]
I want what I've always wanted, since long before I owned my first computer.
I want to tell you a story.
A story you can learn from.
[^1]: For my favorite novel involving panacea, check out Ilona Andrew's Kate Daniels series. Panacea (a "miracle cure") doesn't appear until Book 6, but it's still a great series.
