- [ ] Add a thing about the informal economy and they why it's difficult to teach things
- [ ] Definitely need a section in there about what search is good for and what it's not good for and how often I forget the exact content of something big know exactly where to go looking to skim files until I find it
- [ ] The critical thinking section can go in a metacognition section for search about how you need to have an awareness of irrevolving system and kind of be able to keep tabs on how it's working and pattern match in order to get the most out of it. Pattern matching is a thing that's linked to intelligence and AI there are probably tools that exist that can try to evaluate you know patterns in your work you can run machine learning models but I think it's the better plan to just train your brain to recognize patterns and get into habits that help you do that. That's what I was talking about with the throwing things with the wall for tagging and updating your folder structure you start to get a sense of what your patterns are I think the how to take some guy says that this is why classification systems are bad and why you should search because you're just have to get updated and maintained but I I honestly view this is a good thing it it's important to keep track of your own evolving understanding of the world and like the Johnny decimal guy says search gets messy and awful it's useful I really appreciate the extract search tool that murph put together it's wonderful because it helps me move things around and have a nice workbench for an article but it's not the same as having an understanding of what my notes contained.
- [ ] Css snippets I think you need and paraphrasing
- [ ] dataview: Some people use it as an index so include it in the thing for index C's moc and also talk about how Nick and I talked about how to use it for mocs and honestly I never do I use `#addmoc` for that. But someone could if they wanted to. But talk about why not to -- hard to dynamically define why the note would be useful for different files etc. Where databiew really shines for me is project management, more on that later.
- [ ] One of the reasons the Cornell notes system works is because of require repetition which hijacks our brains, see spaced repetition stuff. But it also teaches us to anticipate what information might be used for, except you're supposed to ask questions jeopardy style after you know the answer. This makes a lot of sense in the school environment and is almost useless once no one is quizzing you on what you learned. I prefer claim based organization systems and annotations: I'm more likely to make a claim than be asked a question by notes can help me answer.
